• Share premium account access in a way that bypasses intended subscription limits.

• Upload or submit harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading content through forms, doubts, or suggestions.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please ensure your account information remains accurate and current.

4. Practice, Mock Tests, and Content

We aim to provide useful exam-preparation material, but we do not guarantee that all content will be error-free, exhaustive, or suitable for every exam attempt. Users should apply judgment and continue independent preparation.

We may update, improve, remove, or reorganize topics, articles, mock tests, analytics, and premium features as the platform evolves.

5. Subscriptions and Premium Access

Certain features may require an active subscription or paid access. Subscription benefits may include premium questions, deeper solutions, topic tools, analytics, audio explanations, or additional mocks, depending on the plan currently offered.

• Premium access begins only after successful payment confirmation.
• Plans, prices, durations, and included features may change prospectively.
• Premium access is granted to the purchasing account and is not transferable unless we explicitly permit it.

6. Payments and Refund Policy

Payments are processed through third-party gateways such as Razorpay. By completing a payment, you agree to the pricing and plan details displayed at checkout.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or specifically promised at the time of purchase:

• completed digital subscription purchases are generally non-refundable, and
• refund requests are reviewed only in limited cases such as duplicate payment, failed activation, or billing error.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the platform content, branding, mock structure, solution material, audio explanations, graphics, and educational workflows are owned by or licensed to ExamPrepWay. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without prior written permission.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe an account is violating these terms, harming the platform, abusing payment systems, or misusing premium content.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExamPrepWay will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.
